Allison Stiles, PhD

Dr. Allison Stiles is a clinical child psychologist and assistant professor in the University of Rochester Medical Center Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Stiles co-directs UR-Supporting Our Students—a technical assistance center enhancing schools’ capacity to support students’ behavioral health in New York’s Finger Lakes region—and leads Connecting for Kids, a framework for strengthening connections across systems to improve youth mental health outcomes. Increasing access to high-quality mental health services via community-partnered, culturally adapted, and integrated behavioral health care approaches is central to Dr. Stiles’ work. As a faculty leader on the Growing Resilience project, Dr. Stiles is passionate about ensuring community partnership is at the heart of the work and all expertise—youth, caregivers, community members, and professionals from youth-serving systems—is valued.
