RCORP - Rural Center of Excellence on SUD Prevention

Kenneth R. Conner, PsyD, MPH

Dr. Ken Conner is a research professor in emergency medicine and psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center where he conducts research on alcohol and drug use problems, suicidal behavior, and the interrelationship of alcohol and drug use problems with suicidal behavior. With training in psychology and public health, his research has used a range of approaches including randomized controlled trials (RCTs), treatment development and evaluation research, and studies using epidemiological and observational designs. Dr. Conner has had substantial federal funding to conduct his research and has published his work extensively.
